Justin has 17 + years experience working with a variety of vulnerable populations (youth and adults) such as, traumatic brain injury, mental health, dual diagnosis, moderate to severe orthopaedic injuries developmental disabilities and individuals that have complex medical and/or special needs.
Chief Marketing Officer
Michelle is our results-driven Chief Marketing Officer with over two decades of experience in Marketing and Communications, specializing in innovative programs, branding, social media, and website design. With expertise both client-side & agency-side, successfully navigated diverse markets .
Stacie graduated with a Masters in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in applied behaviour analysis from Brock University, & received her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst designation in August 2018. Stacie possesses strong knowledge of community-based services and systems connecting with appropriate parties to coordinate effective client services.
Jeff Chartier has a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and has been working in the social services field for the past 20 years. Jeff has a diverse employment history with experience in brain injury, adult literacy, corrections, youth services, and brain injury rehabilitation.
Sean utilizes strong communication skills in verbal, written and other digital mediums to coordinate with Regulated Health Professionals (OT’s, PT’s, CM’s etc.), Insurance Adjusters and public/private rehab organizations to advocate for the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord (SCI), Orthopaedic and Mental Health survivors and their caregivers throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Christina works closely with agencies and families to ensure that exceptional services are provided by Anchor’s Associates. Christina has worked in social services for over 20 years. She has an extensive background in children’s mental health, dual diagnosis, behavioural management as well as the adult developmental sector in both nonprofit and for-profit agencies.
With well over a decade of expertise in the field, Mitch has dedicated his career to making a positive impact on individuals with dual diagnoses, TBI, ABI and autism. With his compassionate approach, extensive knowledge, and commitment to ongoing professional development, he continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he works with.
Human Resources Manager
Eddie Lartey brings a valuable combination of HR knowledge and organizational expertise, along with a unique blend of creativity. His role encompasses various responsibilities, as he wears many hats. However, at the core of Eddie's philosophy is the belief that people are capable of incredible things when they have the support they need.
OAP Clinical Supervisor
Nicole is a highly dedicated, passionate, and committed professional, focused on supporting and enhancing the quality of life for all clients with diverse needs. Her particular passion lies in working with children and adults who have been diagnosed with various developmental disabilities, as she believes in the importance of fostering their foundational and prerequisite skills.
