Justin has 17 + years experience working with a variety of vulnerable populations (youth and adults) such as, traumatic brain injury, mental health, dual diagnosis, moderate to severe orthopaedic injuries developmental disabilities and individuals that have complex medical and/or special needs.

Michelle is our results-driven Chief Marketing Officer with over two decades of experience in Marketing and Communications, specializing in innovative programs, branding, social media, and website design. With expertise both client-side & agency-side, successfully navigated diverse markets .

Stacie Dertinger
Stacie graduated with a Masters in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in applied behaviour analysis from Brock University, & received her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst designation in August 2018. Stacie possesses strong knowledge of community-based services and systems connecting with appropriate parties to coordinate effective client services.

Jeff Chartier
Jeff Chartier has a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and has been working in the social services field for the past 20 years. Jeff has a diverse employment history with experience in brain injury, adult literacy, corrections, youth services, and brain injury rehabilitation.

Sean McGhie
Sean utilizes strong communication skills in verbal, written and other digital mediums to coordinate with Regulated Health Professionals (OT’s, PT’s, CM’s etc.), Insurance Adjusters and public/private rehab organizations to advocate for the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord (SCI), Orthopaedic and Mental Health survivors and their caregivers throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Christina works closely with agencies and families to ensure that exceptional services are provided by Anchor’s Associates. Christina has worked in social services for over 20 years. She has an extensive background in children’s mental health, dual diagnosis, behavioural management as well as the adult developmental sector in both nonprofit and for-profit agencies.

With his compassionate approach, extensive knowledge, and commitment to ongoing professional development, he continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he works with.

Meagan’s combination of solid expertise and compassionate care ensures she continually makes a profound impact on the lives she touches.
