Clinical Services Manager
Sara Altimari
Sara is an experienced clinician and leader in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Sara began her career providing direct support to adults with an acquired brain injury (ABI) in a rehabilitative group home setting. Since then, Sara has supported children, youth and adults with brain injuries, developmental disabilities, mental health diagnosis, difficulties with addictions, in the child welfare sector, involved in the criminal justice system, and in indigenous communities. Sara has provided support in hospital settings, the community, group homes, treatment centres, and schools, and has also been an instructor and guest speaker in various ABA related programs and courses. As a Behaviour Analyst, Sara’s special interest is building a foundation for ABA in underserved populations and contributing to the creativity in which ABA is utilized. As a leader, Sara’s focus is providing clinicians the tools to succeed as it is her belief that in an enriching environment and under the proper conditions, motivated clinicians will thrive.

Brittany Davy
Brittany has over 9 years of clinical experience supporting children and youth with exceptionalities including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disability, mental illness and other comorbid complex care needs through the provision of behavioural services in centre and community settings. Brittany graduated from Brock University with her Masters of Arts in Applied Disability Studies, and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree through the exploration of intersectionality, health and society for Black women in Ontario. Brittany is the current graduate representative for the Ontario Association of Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA). Brittany also has over 6 years of experience supporting the translation and expansion of health-related fields through her teaching assistant roles at McMaster University and Brock University, as well as presenting at several provincial conferences. As a clinician, Brittany is enthusiastic about facilitating individualized supports that prioritize diversity, inclusion and compassion. Additionally, Brittany is passionate about supporting her team to provide holistic care that leads with a culturally-informed, trauma- assumed, and circumstance-sensitive lens."
OAP Clinical Supervisor
Nicole Banach
Nicole has 9 years’ experience in the field of ABA supporting children, youth, and teens with complex care needs and exceptionalities including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental illness and other intersecting co-morbidities by delivering behavioral services in centre and community settings. Nicole graduated from Brock University with a Master of Arts in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis, is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario. She is a Clinical Supervisor at Anchor Rehabilitation Support Services and a member of the Ontario Associations of Behaviour Analysts (ONTABA). Nicole is passionate about providing holistic individualized supports, as well as striving to facilitate inclusion, diversity, and compassion through collaborative practices. Her mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals with various unique needs to become active members in society, meanwhile leading with servants heart to create more inclusive, accessible, and enriched environments.
Registered Behaviour Analyst
Maria Romano
Maria has four years experience working in the field of ABA implementing behaviour analytic principles with children, youth, and adults in a variety of settings. She graduated with her Master’s in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Brock University, and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Maria completed her undergraduate degree in Integrated Science at McMaster University, where emphasis was placed on the interdisciplinary nature of science. She brings this unique perspective to her work as a behaviour analyst, applying a biopsychosocial approach and considering all aspects of a client's history and needs in developing treatment plans. Maria’s strengths include providing trauma-informed services to clients’ with complex care needs. She is passionate about disability rights and advocacy for client's autonomy. Maria is dedicated to improving the quality of life of the populations she supports through evidence-based, trauma informed, and client centered interventions.

Amanda Hennessy
Amanda is a Registered Behavior Analyst in Ontario and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. She has a strong background in working with children and youth with complex needs, providing support to their families, and collaborating with community agencies to develop client-focused program plans. She has extensive experience assessing and developing programs to effectively manage and reduce maladaptive behaviours as well as increase socially significant skills for clients. Amanda has a strong passion for advocating for the clients she works with and their families and ensuring they are receiving the proper supports.

Brooke Leppington
Brooke has 6 years experience working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis, supporting children and youth with varying complex needs, including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges. She has worked in both clinic and community settings. Brooke graduated in 2022 with her Master of Applied Disability Studies degree, with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis and is a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario (R.B.A. Ont.), and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA). Cindy Hoang
Cindy Hoang is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Analyst (Ont.) with 3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She specializes in working with children aged 4-17, focusing on developing daily life and vocational skills while addressing and reducing challenging behaviors.
Currently employed at Anchor Rehabilitation Services, Cindy holds a master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She plans to pursue further education in Clinical Psychology to expand her expertise.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys playing tennis with friends and family, caring for her two dogs, Niko and Nyla, and traveling to explore different cultures and cuisines.
